Terms & Conditions 

• Validity stay immediately till 31 March 2018
• High season surcharge of AU$35 per room, per night for 1 Bedroom villa and AU$60 per room, per night for 2 Bedroom villa, applies for stay from 1 Juli to 31 August 2017
• Child Policy: up to 2 children under 12 years can stay when sharing existing bedding with a compulsory breakfast surcharge of IDR 100,000 per child, per day.
• Baby cot available free of charge for toddlers under 3 years - enquire at the time booking
• Extra person (adult) is charged at IDR 700,000 net/villa/night for extra bed including breakfast only.
• 50% deposit payment from total night stay is required when making the booking and non-refundable
• Rate is including 21% government tax & service charge.
• A limited number of rooms may be available at this rate and black out date may applied.
• Maximum Room Capacity: 1 Bedroom Pool Villa - 2 adulst and up to 2 children under 12 years. 2 Bedroom Pool Villa - 4 adults and up to 2 children under 12 years.
• Room Configuration: 1 Bedroom Pool Villa - 1 x king bed. 2 Bedroom Pool Villa - 2 x kings bed
